Dr. William L. Brooks, Adjunct Professor of Japan Studies & Senior Adviser for the Reischauer Center for East Asian Studies, SAIS, Johns Hopkins University, will speak on "The Policy Agenda of Prime Minister Abe and the U.S.-Japan Relationship" . Dr. Brooks will discuss Prime Minister Abe's comeback, U.S.-Japan relations, security issues and the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
