Join Kushi Teacher & Macrobiotic Chef Amber Maisano for this fun-filled day of fermentation celebration. There will be cooking demos and tastings galore!! A sampling of our plans:
10:00 - 11:00. MISO SOUP & NATTO.
11:00 - 12:00. TEMPEH & SAUERKRAUT DISH with SOURDOUGH BREAD.
12:00 - 1:00. Save room for dessert: AN AMAZAKE DESSERT IS PLANNED.
1:00 - 2:00. BOOKS FOR SALE, FREE RECIPES, MACRO DISCUSSIONS.
2:00 - 3:00. PICKLES!!
3:00 - 4:00. We'll do whatever else strikes our fancy!!
