Monkey Business is a a unique, cutting-edge Japanese literary magazine. Each year they publish an English-language special edition with stories, poetry, interviews, essays and manga. Issue 7 is just now being released, and the first US launch event will be May 1st at Boston University!

Join a lively conversation between contemporary Japanese and American authors Hiromi Ito, Jamaica Kincaid, Hiroko Oyamada, and Brian Evanson. This international dialogue will be curated and moderated by the co-founders and editors of Monkey Business, Motoyuki Shibata and Ted Goossen, together with contributing editor Roland Kelts.
