Spring into SFC!

The Showa Friendship Circle is a great way to get out and enjoy the weather as it gets warmer while interacting and engaging with Showa students from Japan. This non-live-in program matches you with a pair of Showa university female students from Japan, who you meet with about twice a month to share culture and fun.

SFC is always very popular with Showa students, as it is an excellent way for them to practice English, meet real Bostonians, and have a window into real lives.

They will have 205 students this semester eager to meet and speak with local individuals and families. Make this your season to connect with Japanese culture and students! The SFC program will begin in early May, and there will be 2 sessions to meet the students, of which you only need to attend one on the date that works for you.

Brand new to the program: If you are interested in the program and want to learn more before signing up, please attend the SFC INFO session on Thursday, April 19th at 6:30 pm. RSVP here.
