Come to the Cambridge Brewing Company and be the first to taste the latest sake brewed by Japan Society members, Todd Bellomy of bostonsake.com, and Will Meyers, the CBC Brewmaster.

Todd and Will have brewed a Junmai Genshu and will be tapping the keg exclusively for Japan Society Members and Friends.

Cambridge Brewing Junmai Genshu Sake

Todd and Will set aside some of the sake used to brew their sake/beer hybrid and are serving the last of it starting September 10th. After pressing the sake they served the "unfiltered" version (nigori sake) which was very popular and sold out in 4 days at the CBC.

Now with the last of the sake batch, they will be serving the filtered Junmai Genshu. A full strength, filtered and refined version of this year's sake batch - brewed with 2 sake yeasts it is expressive with notes of cotton candy, apple, grape and melon. This rare opportunity to taste a locally brewed, unpasteurized but filtered and refined sake is fleeting and represents the highest level of a sake brewer's art. There are limited quantities so it will sell out fast.

They will be tapping the first keg for Japan Society Members and Friends only on September 10th.

and join other Japan Society members and friends as we taste this latest sake creation.
